She was most helpful and offered great suggestions on color, type, etc. To get the correct size, the rug I selected for my living room had to be special ordered from India. It took a long time however the rug was completed on time as I was originally told. When it arrived in Oregon, Lisa took it upon herself to personally deliver the rug to my home after working all day. She arrived around 8pm.
