This unique yarn system offers dimension as well as a pleasing hand that is incredibly soft to the touch. These modern, textural rugs draw inspiration from various persian and oriental rug genres. Traditional design elements are deconstructed, distressed and made new again in a beautifully contrasting color palette of light and airy toned neutrals alongside deep and moody shades of charcoal and navy with subtle pops of saturated gold and rust.

    POLICY

    All rug orders will be delivered via UPS Ground Shipping Or Federal Express at NO charge to you (in the contiguous United States excl. AK, HI). We will email tracking information to you when it becomes available. 

    For over-sized items (larger than 9'0 x 12'0) , alternative shipping methods might have to be arranged. In this case, an independent trucking company will contact you to arrange delivery of your rug(s) during business hours.

    Free shipping and handling is not included with the purchase of products other than rugs.

    Please contact us if you require a faster delivery method than Ground Shipping.

    PROCESSING/TRANSIT TIME 

    Most of our products ship within 6 to 8 business days. That means that you should receive tracking information within 8 business days, but it can take up to two weeks for certain items. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you with an approximate restock date. Rugs that are oversized (larger than 9'0 x 12'0) are typically shipped freight and may take longer for delivery.

    RETURNS

    We do not accept returns for online rug orders.

    Pads and samples are non-refundable.

    DAMAGED ITEMS

    If for any reason a rug is delivered damaged, please us the contact form and a representative will contact you asap. We stand by our products and return all damaged goods! Damaged goods must be reported within 15 days.
