We want to make sure your purchasing of furniture with us is as simple as possible. If you are needing help with furniture delivery, we can help. We’ve partnered with local companies to provide our customers furniture delivery in the Portland metro area.
All furniture purchases must be done in store and our Sales Associate will review the delivery options with you, including coordinating the scheduling of the delivery to best fit your needs.
All rug purchases can be purchased in-store as well as online. Rug purchases can be shipped at no additional cost anywhere in the continental US (not including Alaska and Hawaii.)
All Rug orders will be delivered via UPS Ground Shipping or Federal Express and no charge to you. We will email tracking information to you when it becomes available. For over-sized items (larger than 9'0 x 12'0) , alternative shipping methods might have to be arranged. If this is the case, an independent trucking company will contact you to arrange your delivery during business hours.
Free shipping and handling is not included with the purchase of products other than rugs and rug pads. Applicable shipping costs will be calculated and visible on the invoice. Please contact us if you require a faster delivery method than Ground Shipping.
Most of our products ship within 6-8 business days but can take up to two weeks. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you with an approximate restock date. Rugs that are oversized (larger than 9'0 x 12'0) are typically shipped freight and may take longer for processing and delivery.
