Material: Hand-Made 100% Jute
Clean spills, including water, immediately by blotting with a clean sponge or cloth. Avoid exposure to all liquids. Professional cleaning recommended. Rug pad recommended for use on hard floor. For vacuuming, use a vacuum cleaner without beater bar or one where you can set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Vacuum full length of the rug, turn and repeat to the next area, rather than back and forth motion.
For the best fit under a rug, we cut the pad 3 inches shorter on each dimension, so that it lays nicely over th edges. Please choose the pad size closest to your rug size or just slightly larger, and we will cut it to match the rug in your order.
All rug orders will be delivered via UPS Ground Shipping Or Federal Express at NO charge to you (in the contiguous United States excl. AK, HI). We will email tracking information to you when it becomes available.
For over-sized items (larger than 9'0 x 12'0) , alternative shipping methods might have to be arranged. In this case, an independent trucking company will contact you to arrange delivery of your rug(s) during business hours.
Free shipping and handling is not included with the purchase of products other than rugs.

Most of our products ship within 5 to 7 business days. That means that you should receive tracking information within five to seven business days, but it can take up to two weeks for certain items. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you with an approximate restock date. Rugs that are over-sized (larger than 9'0 x 12'0) are typically shipped freight and may take longer for delivery.
We do not accept returns for online rug orders.
Pads and samples are non-refundable.
If for any reason a rug is delivered damaged, please us the contact form and a representative will contact you asap. We stand by our products and return all damaged goods! Damaged goods must be reported within 15 days.
